The $10/pc/month charge is a software bundle that provides a complete workstation protection package by combining Datto RMM, Datto EDR, and Datto Backup into one service. It allows us to monitor and manage computers, apply updates, remotely support users, detect and respond to security threats, and recover workstation data if a device is damaged, compromised, lost, or corrupted. This helps reduce downtime, improve security, simplify IT management, and give the business a stronger safety net when endpoint issues occur.

The service club membership is a 12 month commitment, renewed annually. Add-on services can be added or removed at any time.

At this time, we provide onsite service to businesses in New Hampshire & Massachusetts, but we provide remote support to businesses throughout the country.

We’re also happy to assist with application or equipment issues to support third party vendors and be their IT contact onsite, so your team doesn’t have to.
